The Code of Conduct is an organized set of rules. If these set of rules are not followed, it will result in a form of punishment, depending on the severity of the situation.
This is split into 2 different sections; “General” and “Staff”. The “General” section must be followed by everyone, and the “Staff” section must be followed by low ranks (Trainee-Senior Barista).
