Anchor links simply completely remove the navigation bar on the mobile version of the site. it is the links themselves, not the fact of the transition, because if you simply insert it into the browser, the problem will also appear. Of course, reloading the page doesn’t help.
This problem makes it quite difficult to use the documentation.
This happens, if not with all, then with many anchor links.
All extensions are disabled. Tested on two browsers
I can reproduce this behavior, which seems to be a screen saving implementation. After the top nav bar is hidden, if you tap the top of the page, can you get the navigation to show up again? On my end, I can access the hidden navigation by pressing the top of my screen, even when it disappears just like yours.
