Recently, we updated our in-game ban messages using the Ban API, but based on player support tickets, I found out that mobile users (phone/tablet) can’t see the moderator ban message we send with it. They only see what’s shown in the screenshot one of our players sent us.
Update: Looks like it works only sometimes, ticket of a phone user:
Expected behavior
The ban message should appear the same way it does on PC.
