What do you want to achieve? I want mobile users to join the game

What is the issue? They keep on getting disconnected due to an “lag spike”, which we do not know what is causing it.

What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub? Yes, I did. We tried to remove all the lag as possible, ran viruse scans, removed as much blocks. Nothing worked

Is your game very big or scripting intensive? And are you using Workspace.StreamingEnabled?
It is big, it contains 2 airports. But other airlines have 5 airports in 1 game and users can connect. And I am not sure.
Do you have like a script that can kick a certain device. (sorry I dont know if it exists or not, just wondering)
Are you using Workspace.StreamingEnabled? If not, turn it on as it could help.
No, we do not and that script does exist but we don’t use it unless we blacklist an group.
