To establish a safe environment for Mocchi’s community the subsequent guidelines have been put into place to provide Mocchi’s community information on what we expect of our Staff, Customers, and Guests. Incompetence to do so will have consequences such as a kick.
Section 1 | Disorderly & Abrupt Behavior
1a - Trolling
Trolling to interfere with others gameplay is prohibited.
1b - Spamming
Spamming to send spontaneous messages through the chat system, is unwanted by guests, and is prohibited.
1c - Advertising
Advertising to benefit, or market your business, product, service or idea is strictly prohibited, unless you are a an approved sponsor of Mocchi.
1d - Consorting
Consorting (Online Dating) is prohibited at Mocchi.
1e - Enactment
Enactment of another player or ones title that you aren’t is prohibited.
Section 2 | Staff Guidelines
2a - Disoriented work ethic
A disoriented work ethic while in the work place is prohibited. Doing so may result in consequences.
2b - Professionalism
Staff must be professional at all times. A list of what we expect is below.
Personal appearance
Staff must follow our dress code at all times.
Collaboration
Staff should not try to cause havoc in the workplace.
2c - Corrective Action
Corrective action may be taken if a Staff member violates our Code of conduct. Possible consequence include:
-Demotion
-Termination/Suspension
Section 3 - Exploiting/Hacking
3a - Exploiting Susceptibility
Exploiting to take advantage of the game’s susceptibilities is strictly prohibited.
3b - Game theft/Intellectual Property Theft
We reserve the right to revoke anyone access to any of Mocchi’s assets. To commit intellectual property theft on any assets that Mocchi has retained is not permitted. Mocchi will actively work to abolish any embezzled assets such as code and models using the appropriate laws in place, e.g. Copyright Designs and Patents Act.
