Mochidoki is a Japanese parlor on the Roblox platform that provides a variety of scrumptious treats and drinks for you to devour! We tend to revolutionize the Roblox industry by providing high-quality service and remaining committed to our company standards.

Game Regulations

Respect
Treat everyone with respect. Absolutely no harassment or discrimination will be tolerated.

Trolling
Trolling is not tolerated here at Mochidoki under any circumstance, if you choose to cause a disruption, you will be removed from the game.
Bypassing
Attempting to find loopholes to get around Roblox’s chat filter in attempt to potentially enclose any profanity will result in a banishment.
Exploiting
Exploiting is a violation of the Roblox Terms of Service, therefore, you shouldn’t be violating this regulation under any circumstance. You will receive a banishment if caught, and it will be unappealable.
Spamming
Flooding the chat or sending repetitive messages is not allowed and may lead to a temporary banishment.
Clothing
Any inappropriate or bypassed clothing will lead to a temporary or permanent ban depending on the severity. This also applies to any hate clothing towards our establishment.
Roblox Community Rules
All individuals are expected to comply with the Roblox Community Rules. If you fail to do so, you may receive a banishment from our premises.

Staff Guidelines

These regulations adhere to all staff members of Mochidoki. Failure to adhere with these terms may lead to repercussions against you such as a suspension, termination, or staff blacklist.

Regulations

You are required to respect everyone.
You must remain professional while on Mochidoki premises.
Grammar is required at all Mochidoki Roblox facilities.
Any sort of arguing, disputes, or drama is not tolerated.
Do not hint for a promotion under any circumstance.
Listen to higher authority when instructed.
You are expected to comply with the General Game Regulations.

Hiring Process

Mochidoki is always seeking for new staff members to join the team. There are a couple steps that you must comply with in order to become an official staff member.

Go to our application center and take a quick quiz.
Upon passing you’ll be ranked to “Awaiting Training”, from there, attend and pass a training.
Once you pass your training, you’ve become an official staff member!

Partnership Program

AFFILIATE APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED.
Mochidoki is always looking for new business collaborators on a regular basis. We give establishments within the business industry an opportunity to apply for our partnership program. If you’re willing to apply for an affiliation with us, it is mandatory that you meet our requirements to qualify and write an application.

Requirements

Your group must obtain 750 members.
Must have a stable reputation within the Roblox industry.
Sufficient activity must be displayed within the group.
Your group should not be selling any ranks that are MR+ or grant admin commands.
Staff must be professional and mature; must have a non-toxic work environment.
Group must be original; no stolen games, assets, graphics, guides, etc.
We will not accept any fan, development, or military groups.
Provide at least 2 representatives.

Application
If you qualify for a partnership based off of our requirements, you have the ability to fill out an application. This application must typed out on a Google Document and forwarded to a member of the Public Relations Department upon completion. It’s recommended that you thoroughly write your answers with extraordinary detail and grammar.

Internship Program

Mochidoki’s Internship is a rigorous program that revolves around completing a 1-2 week trial in order to become an official management member. Dedicated and hard working Lead Baristas are invited to this program through recommendations or public applications.

Requirements
• You must be a Lead Barista .
• You must be in our Discord server and be verified.
• You must remain active and dedicated for at least one week.
• Cannot have safechat, this implies that you must be 13+.
• Do not hint for a promotion, your chances will decrease significantly if you do.
• Show professionalism and maturity, along with utilizing appropriate grammar.
• Avoid seeking attention from management or corporate members.

Individuals that are recommended for an invitation to the program will be ran through a background check, which implies towards your reputation, history with the establishment, and other factors that you must pass to be admitted in.

Junior Barista
This rank is granted to individuals who passed their training as an “Awaiting Training”. In order to progress to the next ranks, up-to Lead Barista , you will be required to earn a certain amount of XP points to automatically rank up. This implies that you can no longer attend training to rank up.

Barista
This rank is automatically granted to individuals who have earned ____ XP.

Senior Barista
This rank is automatically granted to individuals who have earned ____ XP.

Lead Barista
This rank is automatically granted to individuals who have earned ____ XP.

Mochi Apprentice
Management Intern rank, given to hard working Lead Baristas or those who passed an application.
Ranks that are below this rank are granted administrative privileges and are able to assist at trainings.

Staff Assistant
Mochi Apprentices are granted this role if they successfully complete their internship and pass the certification exam. This implies that a user with this rank has become an official management member.

Assistant Supervisor
Staff Assistants are promoted this rank for their exemplary activity. Self-explanatory, resides with weekly activity requirements and management expectations.

Supervisor
Assistant Supervisors are promoted this rank for their exemplary activity. Self-explanatory, resides with weekly activity requirements and management expectations.
They have the additional ability to host shifts.

Assistant Manager
Supervisors are promoted this rank for their exemplary activity. Self-explanatory, resides with weekly activity requirements and management expectations.
They have the additional ability to host both trainings and shifts.

Manager
Assistant Managers are promoted this rank for their exemplary activity. Self-explanatory, resides with weekly activity requirements and management expectations.

This rank is granted to individuals of the Administration Team who have been continuously dedicated to their field and showing that they are worthy enough to advance into further ranks with greater responsibilities. They are now tasked with assisting in their respective departments, and are now part of the Corporate Team.

Junior Corporate
This rank is given to individuals who have excelled in their departments as an Corporate Assistant, and their department leaders have decided to promote them to the next rank due to their outstanding works.

Senior Corporate
This rank is granted to Junior Corporates who have excelled not only in their departments, but also in Mochidoki itself. These individuals are now co-leads of their respected departments as recognized by the department lead and presidential.

Lead Corporate
This is the final rank in the corporate hierachy. These individuals excelled within leading their department as a co-lead and in the position of a Senior Corporate, and presidential recognized them for their works. These individuals now lead their respected departments with their profound leadership skills.

This rank is only appointed by the Mochidoki Presidential Board to authorized developers who reside in the development team for a limited time as a Contractor.
