What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
Put a model with lights and parts inside the character and then weld it to the head. -
What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
The model starts in Replicated Storage, then it is duplicated and put inside the character model, however a split second later its destroyed. -
What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
Tried to look for a solution but had no luck.
What’s your code look like? I don’t think we have enough information to help you.
When you say instantly destroy, does it fall through the ground? Might make me think it’s not being welded correctly.
The model gets destroyed BEFORE the welding. To confirm I also tried just parenting it, without any welding in the script.
Can I see your script please? It’s hard to help without getting a peek at the code you’re using.
