I have uploaded a free model, and enabled “Distribute on Creator Store”, however it is not appearing in the Creator Store. I have tried enabled/disabling it to no avail.

Try waiting a few hours then searching the search term for it in the Creator Store. That sometimes works for me.
It always has a possibility to not appear because it hasn’t been rated yet
It’s been like this for over 7 months, I’m fairly positive this is a backend bug
