Moderated assets do not show up in Violations & Appeals

I was recently banned for 1 day for an image (ID 97373631673481), and wanting to appeal it I of course headed to Violations & Appeals, only to find there is no entry for it. This also happened with another image that I was warned for, but because it doesn’t show up I don’t know what its ID is.

Expected behavior

Moderated assets should show up in Violations & Appeals so the user actually has chance to appeal it.

This just happened to me.

According to them, it’s because I directed people to leave Roblox for a texture, which is ridiculous. I haven’t uploaded anything containing a QR code, link, or anything else, and yes…
I can’t appeal either because it doesn’t show up on the panel, and the only way, according to them, is to contact support if the violation doesn’t show up, which is ridiculous. There’s no category for it in support, and having to wait for a response is totally baffling.

Thank you for your report. The team is aware that the Violations & Appeals doesn’t always show all items, and is actively working on this. Until then, please follow the link at the bottom of the Violations & Appeals page to appeal items that don’t show up in the Violations & Appeals portal.
