with dsa reports i’ve been reporting some inappropriate avatars and while the users got moderated, their avatars stopped getting reset. sometimes the item might be removed from their avatar but the thumbnail still shows it or it will sometimes stay on their avatar
examples:
darknetfiles - Roblox - moderated january 4th, he isnt wearing the shirt as it got removed when he was reported, but his avatar thumbnail still shows it. the shirt shows a person’s face on it who could be a minor. this user has been moderated 4 times now for wearing bypassed clothing btw and all he got was 3 warnings and presumably a 1d ban
jeff - Roblox - moderated january 6th, still wearing a nsfw avatar, the clothes were not removed
edit: the shirt she was wearing got taken down causing her avatar to be refreshed but she is still wearing it
Interesting issue with how roblox stores thumbnails, just like back in the day where if you had a limited had on before trading it you’d still be able to see it on your avatar.
I reported someone and their avatar didnt get reset despite a confirmation email saying “User Removed”

I did notice that the shirt they are wearing is archived which might be why it won’t get reset
