I banned a user from my game for having an inappropriate avatar and I reported them through the illegal content report form. Although my report got accepted, the user’s avatar has not been reset. I sent more reports and they all claim the user got removed but the user’s avatar has not been reset. Usually when you report someone who is already moderated it will say they are already moderated so it seems like there is a problem with issuing a punishment.
