Moderation detects the word exe as a domain name when it never was and never will be a domain name

This is not an appeal (I am sending this message to people who will soon start flagging this post for abusing Bug Report) but reporting a bug that has destroyed several years of my hard work in Roblox and which has caused me problems many times. This is a moderation bug that detects a word that is not a domain (and a word that will never be a domain because it is reserved for something completely different) as a domain. Roblox moderation detects .exe as a domain name when exe never was and never will be a domain name because this name is reserved for executable file extensions in computers and the name idea.exe symbolized a program that runs creative ideas. The name of computer files consists of 2 parts separated by a dot and the exe extension is an executable file extension so exe will never be a domain name.

Below I show the explanation why exe will never be a domain name and therefore idea.exe will never be an off-site link:

My group name idea.exe was content deleted for using off-site links which is a terrible mistake. Of course I appealed but appealing does not solve the problem because this situation has already happened many times (I have provided the details in the attached private message) and I know from experience that appealing does not put my group name on the whitelist so this problem will repeat itself endlessly. I would even gladly change the group name to get rid of this problem once and for all but now I am trapped because changing the name will make this group never receive the Verified Badge again, something I have been working on for several years and which gave me a lot of motivation.

Expected behavior

I want the name idea.exe not to be treated as an off-site link by Roblox moderation because this name has never been and never will be an off-site link. To those who will write that it should be a feature request - I do not have permissions to write there and besides, something that does not work properly (and treating exe as a domain name is something incorrect) is a bug.

That bug report was closed so I decided to describe it in detail explaining why it is a bug and why an appeal will not solve the problem.

Moderation isn’t perfect and can make mistakes. Staff don’t expect a bug report to be created for every false moderation action.

You mentioned the whitelist issue. On the platform, no content obtains certification after being restored to prevent it from being removed again. The reason for this is that changes in the Terms of Use may cause the assets to no longer fully comply with the policies or alternative policies, or that the content was simply wrongfully reinstated and should be removed again.

You also said you already submitted an appeal, but since your group name still shows as “Content Deleted,” we can conclude that the appeal was denied: https://www.roblox.com/communities/6948532/Content-Deleted-6948532#!/about

Even if they restore the group name, it will be deleted over and over again because the group name remains in a gray area, and the combination of AI moderation and outsourced moderation makes this outcome inevitable, even though the staff here might help just once.

Unfortunately, I usually wait a very long time for an answer to an appeal, it even happened that it was 4 months, but I know from experience that appealing will not solve the problem, and you admitted it too. Of course I appealed and I know the link, there is no need to send it to me. And since exe is not and will never be a domain name, so idea.exe is not and will never be an off-site link, so I hope that someone can help me in this situation. If not, I will change the group name and say goodbye to Blue Checkmark forever, but I first want to know if this situation has any other solution.
