Hello! My friend’s account prncssdoII was terminated for a very harmless model ( image attached below) which makes me wonder, has anyone else been moderated (especially wrongly) lately for uploaded models? i upload a LOT of build models to my account so this makes me nervous.

Were there any scripts with swears or inappropriate language? Did they use any decals?
Were any scripts inside the model that did anything in there anyways?
Also, have they tried appealing?
let me ask and get back with you! my main question is to see if anybody has had something like this happen though. 
OK so they told me that the model was created with free assets from the market, but they told me no decals or scripts were used.
and yes they appealed twice, both times were declined.

Although, I’ve gotten most of my MainModule scripts taken down for Misusing Roblox Systems for some reason. No ban or warning though! Just taken down and a message. No specific reason.

Maybe some of the free assets had something hidden?

OK so from what i found, they created that computer asset out of other free models on the creator store. they then uploaded it to the creator market place, and it just now got striked.
maybe a dmca-type thing was enforced and the original creator of the assets used to create the monitor reported my friend? though my friend says they have the original creator added.

Ah yes, another post about how someone gets terminated and claim they did nothing wrong when clearly they’re leaving out important details that would suggest what really happened.
You don’t just get terminated for uploading something harmless like an asset that isn’t stolen with no decals or malicious scripts. And even if this were to happen, there’s no way you appeal twice and they don’t restore the account. Your friend clearly did something wrong and either your friend is hiding something or you’re leaving out information.
Nope you’re right, my friend told me that they had some previous strikes/takedowns on some decals they uploaded, so the termination makes sense. i am just confused about the nature of the monitor model getting banned, since it was a harmless model

It should mention when it is a DMCA. Never should only say ‘Misusing Roblox Systems’

This is so laughably stupid. Yeah, like this never happens. Except you know, when it does and you have to argue with support for days. Like I had to do, and was even flat out being lied to by support, only for them to back peddle and admit they falsely banned me.

The thread mentions a ban, not a termination. You can occasionally get banned for something dumb and appeal but you don’t just get terminated for no reason
Assets getting randomly taken down happens sometimes. 
The time when it happened is completely irrelevant, this still happens to this day. Yes IT DID last for days, I don’t even know why you’re lying about this. The time it occurred is completely irrelevant because I can just provide more tickets that are up to date that go EXACTLY like this, meaning it’s still an issue.
Yes they absolutely did, claiming they cannot “falsely ban users” is a flat out lie, because THEY DID FALSELY BAN ME. It’s like you’re acting stupid on purpose.
You absolutely can get terminated for no reason. I’ve had several alts terminated for no reason and I’ve had to appeal them multiple times. Stop spreading false information. Thanks.
