Moderation strikes again

As we all know, Roblox’s moderation can be really frustrating.

Recently, my own original soundtrack was removed due to an “intellectual property policies” violation, even though I created it using royalty-free sounds from SoundTrap. The track in question, titled “MassDestruction ROUNDFALL ASSAULT (OST),” was up for over a month before it was suddenly taken down.

The worst part is that there’s no clear explanation. The moderation process doesn’t tell you what specifically triggered the removal. This makes it incredibly difficult for developers to understand what went wrong or how to avoid similar issues in the future.

I want to report this moderation error or at least speak to someone who can clarify what happened. Roblox should make it easier for developers to appeal decisions, especially when there’s a strong case that the content is original and compliant with their policies.

If an audio file is flagged, it should come with details on what part was problematic, so creators have a chance to correct or contest it. Without this transparency, the system feels arbitrary and unfair.

Does anyone have suggestions and or been through the same issue?
