Prior to Ban — Need Help Understanding What Happened

My team and I recently released a Thanks-GIFTING update for our tycoon-style game. In this update players can collect new Thanksgiving items, and for the first time, trade / gift them. The game is a tycoon where players place drills and conveyors.

Everything was going great — in fact, we hit our highest player count ever: 120 CCU.

Recently in the past hour, we’ve gotten this message

We have no idea what triggered this. There were no warnings, no moderator notes, no automated flags we’re aware of. Nothing in the update should violate Roblox policies — no gambling, no inappropriate assets, no off-platform links, etc.

The ban/review completely killed our momentum. After hitting our peak player count, we suddenly lost all players because the game became unjoinable.

We really need clarification so we can fix whatever the issue is.
Is there a way for someone at Roblox to help us understand what caused this review?
We would like to address it immediately and continue operating the game normally.

Try to contact support. Sometimes when this happens, it’s because the AI detects content similar to that of other games. Sometimes it could be a mistake. But the most reliable thing is for support to give you a solution.

I heard Roblox’s Support team is currently on Winter Break, think it’s true?
Just sent one.

As far as I know, no, it is only for Devex, but still try, you do not lose anything, luck!!
