Hey guys, just looking for some feedback on a modern style penthouse I am making, this is a outside hangout area I made for it. I have not done too much modern design builds so decided to try it out! (this is quick build I made and not great detail nor close to my best work) Any feedback is appreciated.

Looks pretty good, the fireplace looks kind of weird though.

I would personally try to fill some of the space in the back, as well as add some textures on certain areas. It just looks a little too plain.
The fire place also seems a little bit strange, shouldn’t be too difficult to make one with particles maybe?
Other than those things, and taking into account that this is one of your first modern builds, not too bad.

yeah I wasnt sure what do make of the flame so ended up using random neon meshes 
not sure what to put in that area besides some tables and chairs, also I replied to another comment about the fire place
Quite Empty, recommend tweaking the lighting, adding more foliage, some seating and a WaRm lighting ofc ;p

The build looks a little early in development I can see not much has been put into it however try finishing it since most of the feedback that’s been said seems already planned out. I can see the interior and structure of the design, but the interior and overall approach of the building looks like it’s missing I’ll try finishing it so other could give a lot more feedback on your build.
If your using reference of penthouse. I’ll try to gather a few of what details are inside the interior otherwise it’s a good start but not much feedback can be provided on something not overall done. As by looking at the image you provided the building itself looks earlier in development I can see the interior and structure of the design, but the interior and overall approach of the building looks like it’s missing.
Throw decorations and those important details you plan on adding to your build consider gathering small general ideas. Otherwise it seems alright!

This looks interesting.
I’d say you’ve achieved your goal in regards of creating a modern style penthouse.
However I cannot figure out whether you were trying to keep the theme as low-poly or an attempt of middle- to high poly.
Anyways, make sure to keep up the good work.

Pretty cool. Maybe be it should have like a lamp post or something at the corner (All corners maybe) and the fireplace looks like a lava lol, maybe you should look at Google for references. Keep up the good.work!

The area is an outside chill area that off screen on the right side will be connected to an inside penthouse, I usually stick to low poly/cartoony builds but was just trying out the modern design inspired by vibe nyc. appreciate the feedback !
