Welcome to Molah Café! We are a cafe roleplay game. We opened on 12/11 and we hope to grow a great community. We are a family-friendly, fun, and a kind community! Alliance Requirements

5,000 non-botted members.
10 active people in game.
Proffesional staff and a well put server.
Must be a roleplay game. (Hotel, restaurant, cafe, clothing, model/fashion, movie-making/shows (all must have employees, staff), etc.)
Must actively communcate with our alliance representatives.
Must attend all important events of Molah Café.
Your group must be family friendly, SFW, professional, and must not have any discrimination.

HB Tips For Promotion

TIPS FOR PROMOTION TO MR

Be extremely active, not only does this give you a higher chance of promotion, this also shows us you have dedication and are motivated. It is recommended to be on for 3 hours at least every day.

Attend events, this will let us see that you want to participate and that you will always be there when needed.

Be professional, make your greeting look welcoming and formal. Try to use big words that are not to hard to understand. Use correct punctuation.

Do NOT hint for a promotion. If you are caught asking for a promotion by the person or someone else you will be demoted. Asking a friend who is a MR to be recommended when you just started or have not put effort will result to you and your friend getting demoted.

Helping out co-workers. You should always be helping co-workers that are new or just do not know how to make something. This is what is needed to be an MR because you’ll have to do it a lot.

Be respectful to everyone, if someone is trolling do not show anger back, be professional. If someone is a lower rank or a higher rank, do not treat them differently.

Do not give multiple warnings to trollers, immediately go to a MR+ and do it professionally. There must be evidence and you must include their username and a reason when reporting it to an MR+ in game or in the communicaton server.
