I have a problem where, when I try to make an animation on moon animator for a custom rig I have my studio crashes. The problem happens as soon as I click “New Moon 2 File”. This also only happens with certain characters I try to animate, not every character crashes my studio.

First off, I’m pretty sure this should go in bug support
Anyways, not too sure why this is happening, although if it’s only a problem with certain rigs, you could maybe try ungrouping ones that don’t work to see if that’s the issue(?) If not, making a post in bug support should get an admin to respond and help you out. Hope this helps!
had this problem once when i was animating some pets. completely forgot what i did to fix it (it was fairly long ago), but just know it’s not just you.
