It all started with me adding a single new thumbnail around 1 month ago. Most of my thumbnails including one video (I bought for 500 robux) got deleted/glitched. Some of disappeared thumbnails (not all, for example video never shows up anywhere) still continue to weirdly appear in thumbnail performance but they do not appear in “Experience Detail Page” nor game’s page. I contacted support for refund of 500 robux or bringing the video back but I only got a robot response. I also wonder if I can get any refund or at least my video back. Also an important note is that I never clicked delete button on thumbnails, those 3 images are enough to prove that there was definitely a glitch since performance page is not accurate. Another note is, thumbnail personalization was completely OFF when the bug first occured, I enabled the thumbnail personalization and performance thinking I can find my disappeared thumbnails.
