Hi, when using a mouse on the Xbox app (in-game, any game), the click only registers after the mouse is moved. It seems like the click/release event is not processed until another input event (mouse movement) occurs.
(I’m using the Xbox Series X by the way.)
I’ve tried reporting this through the website form, but didn’t get a resolution, so I’m reporting it here.
I’ve tested this with both the Redragon Cobra M711 and the Logitech G305 Wireless, and it happens on both.
If you want to try and reproduce it:
1- Plug in a mouse
2- Join any game on Xbox
3- Hover over a button on the UI
4- Click on it with M1 (but do not move the mouse)
5- Move the mouse
If done properly, you should notice that the click only registered after moving the mouse.
Please note that this issue appears to occur only in Roblox. Other games such as Fortnite, Call of Duty, and Minecraft do not seem to have this issue.
Expected behavior
The click should register immediately when pressed/released, regardless of mouse movement.
