Move increment always at 1

so as the title says. my move increment is locked to 1 even if i set it to another value (rotation works fine)

in this video i even change my increment on both tabs (medal clip)

External Media

not sure what caused it but i did just move roblox to another drive to clear up space on my main one since it had less than 100mb left

i doubt i would need system specs or beta features with this, but here are the beta features i have enabled just in case:

this was a little longer, but one of the issues were already acknowledged so it has been shortened

Two very unrelated bugs. The frame rate issue has already been reported, so you can omit that one from your report:

For me, My rotate increment in all studio places is stuck at 45 degrees, no matter how much I change it. This was what I set it to (in a different studio place) prior to the v685 update, but now it doesn’t respond to changes. My move increment is also stuck to its previously set value and won’t change at all. Restarting Studio and clearing cache did not help

Salutations!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
A ticket was filed, and we’ll start investigating.

As mentioned above, these are two unrelated issues, and one of them is already acknowledged.
I strongly suggest editing the description and the title so the Move Increment Issue is the only one highlighted.

Also, please provide a log so we can be able to investigate it right away!

If you need assistance or info on which info/files would be relevant to investigate this topic or how to get them, please refer to the How to post a Bug Report - Bug Reports - Developer Forum | Roblox

Thanks for understanding!

OP hasn’t sent a log yet but since I’m experiencing the same issue with the move/rotate tools, here it is: https://devforum.roblox.com/t/moverotate-increments-no-longer-work-after-v685/3869945?u=mikemoney6000

hasnt happened since i reported it. and by the time you replied the log files for that session were likely already cleared

all i had to do was restart studio. still a strange bug tho

For me, Studio updated today to a newer build of v685, and I can confirm the problem seems to be fixed after changing the values of the move and rotate tool, and then trying again to move/rotate any part. It looks like this newer build includes the fix!

This should be resolved. Let us know if you’re still running into issues.
