When he is pulling back the mp5 bolt it looks like he’s pulling it straight down instead of back
He’s slapping down the bolt on the bolt catch.

I’d say the animation is good. It’s like a professional person is using the mp5.

In the beginning it looks too linear maybe try adding a little exagerration and aggression.
