Much higher premium/robux prices for residents of Poland

Premium prices in Poland are drastically different compared to the USD/PLN exchange rate and what users in neighboring countries pay.

Accounts registered in Poland pay:
30 PLN (± 8 USD), 60 PLN (± 16 USD), or even 120 PLN (± 32 USD).

Accounts registered in the USA pay:
5 USD (± 18.5 PLN), 10 USD (± 37 PLN), or 20 USD (± 74 PLN).

That’s a 60% increase, which does not make any sense.
It feels like some sort of joke or even a targeted disadvantage for Polish users.

Expected behavior

Instead of paying an exchange rate of 6 PLN per 1 USD, users in Poland should pay 4 PLN per 1 USD, which is still higher than the current rate of ± 3,7 PLN per 1 USD.

Lucky. In the UK we’re forced onto the 10GBP/mo plans or higher. (13.25USD, 49PLN, as of writing)

I’m honestly jealous here, since you guys get to have premium perks for nearly half the price us Brits need to pay. (Also means more work on my end for me to grind those rewards points for giftcards/account credit, lol)

The 10GBP/mo / 1000R$/mo plan is also the only plan we have. Not sure why. We used to have 3 different tiers as per your image I think.

I also remember the time when you got more Robux by subscribing to Premium rather than buying it outright. (On the website. The app [iOS] gives less due to Apple fees and such)

btw, $5 is only good for traders and nothing else. You cant publish UGC with it.

I am aware but the guy seemed to be wasting extra cash for something he doesn’t need so I am just letting him know the lower option exists

this is very much intentional. if you read section 4(f)(ii) of the user terms in the terms of use you agreed to:

“in other countries where roblox is registered for VAT or GST, the purchase price will include applicable VAT or GST.” however, “for U.S. and Canadian purchasers, applicable sales tax may be added on to the price displayed.”

so yeah, hope this helped; that is the final price after VAT or GST :folded_hands:t2:

also, no you don’t click that button to post in the bug report category.. you need to click the “report bug” option next to it and fill it out through the bug report wizard.. so you weren’t restricted from anything, and it’s been like that for the longest time ever :face_vomiting:

Also thanks for the info, but, I don’t plan on publishing UGC any time soon, so the lower tier £5 plan will fit me perfectly if I want to spend a bit on Roblox.

The price difference in Poland is way to high for it to be only VAT.
In Europe 5$ Robux package is 5.99 Euro (+/- 25.5 PLN)
I dont know much about Europe Laws but im guessing Poland doesn’t have such different VAT % on online currencies.
