I’m reaching out for support because several of my accounts, most of which were inactive, were recently terminated on May 27, 2025, at 8:55 AM PDT, all with the same ban reason: “You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account.” I have checked through all the accounts that were terminated and can’t seem to find which account triggered the terminations. None of the accounts had any recent violations either.
During the time of the terminations, I was at school and during that time I was connected to the school Wi-Fi and used a VPN. I suspect that someone else who was on the same school Wi-Fi network may have triggered an enforcement and caused the moderation system to flag multiple of my accounts due to shared IP. These accounts are all personally managed by me, each with a separate email.
Affected Accounts: ThrillingObbies, QualityTowerGames, IClimbed4This, CreativeStudi0s, geturmoneyuppppp, and many more. (These accounts were mainly used for group management or testing, and most of them were inactive and haven’t been logged into for a while)
Some of these accounts were used to manage groups that I’ve put a lot of time into creating. Others were used for testing or holding assets related to my games. A few of them were also connected to groups that earn income.
I’ve sent multiple support appeals but received only automated rejections. I am now respectfully asking for:
A manual review by a real moderator or staff member
Clarification on what triggered the terminations
Restoration of the accounts that had no violations
This is really weird. I sent two appeals using the same message on one of my accounts and the first one got denied, but the second one was accepted. That makes the whole appeal process feel random.
It seems like Roblox’s enforcement appeal system is based on luck, which doesn’t feel fair. I don’t think I should have to keep sending the same appeal for each account and just hope that it gets approved by chance.
Also, none of the appeals that were sent to a real person have been answered yet. It’s been two days, and I haven’t heard anything. The system just doesn’t seem fair or clear for people who got banned by mistake.
The same thing happened to me, my account cuervodel1995 was terminated for “avoiding an enforcement action taken against the account” although my termination was deserved, I tried to appeal but it was rejected, although regarding enforcement bans, although they are deserved, I know that I sent several appeals and but if I had asked for a manual review by a human moderator or apologized for doing this, although this went over the limit
One of my friends have encountered the similar issue. His account was compromised around a year ago and he got it back. But he recently he got terminated off the issue with the same reason. I suspect that the person who compromised his account got banned, and every account that he has ever compromised is now banned. He appealed serval times but only got automated responses declining it. And now it has been over 30 days, thus the appeal is rejected.
I hope there will be an official response under this thread.
P.s: The account that I am currently using (Headstackk) has also been terminated for no reason. I am a verified user and an active developer on Roblox. I am still waiting for an appeal response. And I have no idea why I can still use DevForum.
