I am trying to figure out how to get my game to show back up on home rec and the continue page. This issue has completely killed two of my experiences, one being the Aquatic Social Club and the other being Operation Hastings, 1968.
I have a few experiences that are currently shadow-banned (not showing up on continued experiences and going from 100K+ home rec to less than 100 since the new questionnaire update.)
I have tried refilling out the questionnaire form at least 3 times, changing the experience name, removing blood, and removing certain areas of the experience but none of those have worked and my experiences remain shadow-banned.
I didn’t see the reply since it wasn’t directly replied to me but thank you. I believe i know the reason why
A few days ago the chief safety officer @ Roblox has made every social hangout game unlisted. I don’t know if this affected any other game. It mostlikely didn’t get shadowbanned but you should have received a message by roblox in your inbox that is this:
To get it restored, answer the new questions at the games content maturity and go to Roblox Support under the catagory “Moderation” > “I was wrongly moderated for other content I created” and link the game and explain the situation. For more information you can refer to the original update post:
