Multiple Functional and Visual Issues on Roblox Gift Cards Page

Issue Description

The Roblox Gift Cards page currently contains several functional and visual issues that affect user navigation and overall usability. The following problems have been observed:

  1. The “Shop Gift Cards” buttons redirect users to the Roblox homepage instead of the intended purchase or selection page.
  2. In the Free Virtual Items section, no images are displayed for either the “Virtual Item Included” or “Bonus Exclusive Virtual Item” areas.
  3. In the “Surprise a Roblox fan today” section, sample previews of available gift card designs are missing.
  4. The hyperlink in the same section labeled “Roblox Gift Cards are also available at a retailer near you.” is non-functional and does not redirect anywhere.
  5. The page footer displays an outdated copyright notice: “© 2024 Roblox Corporation. All Rights Reserved.” instead of “© 2025 Roblox Corporation. All Rights Reserved.”

Reproduction Steps

  1. Navigate to Roblox Gift Cards.
  2. Attempt to click on any “Shop Gift Cards” button.
  3. Observe the redirect to the Roblox homepage.
  4. Scroll down to the Free Virtual Items section and note the absence of item preview images.
  5. Continue to the “Surprise a Roblox fan today” section and observe the missing gift card sample designs.
  6. Attempt to click on the “Roblox Gift Cards are also available at a retailer near you.” hyperlink.
  7. Scroll to the footer and verify the copyright year.

Expected Behavior

  • “Shop Gift Cards” buttons should lead to a functional purchase or selection interface.
  • The Free Virtual Items section should display corresponding promotional images for each item.
  • The “Surprise a Roblox fan today” section should show visual samples of available gift card designs.
  • The hyperlink should correctly redirect users to a page or pop-up showing available retailers.
  • The footer should be updated to reflect the current year (© 2025 Roblox Corporation).

The issue here appears to be a browser plugin (in this case Grammarly) interfering with the web page being able to fully load.

We will investigate whether it is something we can fix on our end.

Heya @guacandtoast ! How are you doing?

Just checked right here, enabling Grammarly extension, and it seems to be working as expected!

However, some things that I noticed are that the description talking about Roblox Party Pack hasn’t been translated to the user’s location (in my case, it should’ve been in Portuguese):

And last but not least, the footer hasn’t been updated to © 2025 Roblox Corporation:

Are there any possibilities of looking this up? Thank you!
