Multiple images don't load on any device for players that has their Account Location set to "Russian Federation" in Roblox and Roblox Studio

Somewhere around July 25th, 2026 multiple type of images stopped loading for players that has their Account Location set to “Russian Federation”, it includes Community, Game, Profile, Profile Picture, Accessory, Plugins, 3D Assets, Audio, 2D Assets images. The issue appears to happen on every device in Roblox and Roblox Studio

Expected behavior

All of images should be visible for players whose Account Location is “Russian Federation”

Got it fixed by disabling 1.1.1.1 dns, routing Roblox through custom vps + warp via happ.

But it doesn’t solve the main issue for all users, you just use bypass methods that help you with enabling everything back, while I want everyone to have all images visible even without using any methods
