Multiple LC items in my group incorrectly categorized as bodysuits

A few weeks ago, Roblox introduced a change that re-categorized some layered clothing UGC items as “bodysuits” causing them to be priced more expensive. Since this change, I have noticed two different sets of items in my UGC group, SpookyCo, have been incorrectly miscategorized by Roblox’s AI system as “bodysuit” items despite not fitting the example seen in Roblox’s announcement, which has resulted in a loss of revenue.

The items in my group that are affected by this change are:

  • All of my long coats which do not fully cover the legs and are identical to the coat seen in Roblox’s announcement which is not classified as a bodysuit (Top photo taken from the announcement, bottom photo shows my coats)
  • Six out of seven of my “Antique gothic dresses”. The red dress is correctly priced at 60 robux (which as of writing, is the minimum price floor for dresses/skirts) however the blue, pink, purple, green, yellow and white dresses are all incorrectly classified as “bodysuits” despite all recolors sharing the exact same mesh as the red one. The dress does not entirely cover the legs like some other dresses I have in the group.

Expected behavior

All of the coats should be classified as jackets and priced at 65 robux, all of the dresses should be classified as dresses and priced at 60 robux, as these are the current price floors for those items as of writing this bug report. They should not be in the “bodysuit” category because they are not bodysuits.

Any more updates on this issue yet? It’s been over a week and all of the items I have mentioned are still incorrectly categorized and I’m still losing revenue due to the faulty AI systems miscategorizing them.

Hi team - we are still working on this issue as we look to into our options. Will update again in a week
