Music price goes up passed 1:53 and not 2:00?

Hello, so while I was trying to mass upload audio I see that the price would go up if I go pass 1:53 and I am wounding by not passed 2:00?

it may be a file size thing ?

perhaps the file size is tired just like the sound length but in a difforent way ?
is the sound high density ?
