My game was stolen after my account was hacked from a browser extension. (I am NEVER using chrome again) This is the link to the game.
The group that took it, “Solus Prime Studios” is fraudulent and they stole 5 experiences at the exact same time a few days ago. My DMCA takedown request and support ticket have yielded no response, and reporting the group that stole the games has not worked either. The only email I got from Roblox was an automated response to my DMCA stating that there had to be an original game link and a stolen game link (the problem being there is only 1 game).

I believe Roblox had a major oversight in the experience transfer system. There was no pending period, no security checks, nothing. The game was instantly transferred to the fraudulent group and all of my robux was sold to a robux gambling website. For some reason I was unbanned after a deliberate account termination from the hacker spam uploading adult content to my account to get me banned, but I never received an email from Roblox about my account moderation. My game earned me devex income and they are now profiting off of my work that took over 2 years to create. Is there anything I can do other than wait or email again?
I’m so sorry to hear that bro, I’ve played your game before and seeying that all progress has gone.. if you need a developer to recreate the game I’m a designer, its all I can do for you.
It was for my DMCA takedown email, and it was an automated response that said I didnt “specify where the copyrighted game was”. I think this is due to most DMCA requests being for games that already exist and have a cloned version with a different link.
Perhaps try creating a different ticket under the “Account Hacked” catagory saying your account was hacked and the game you owned (with link to it) was transferred to the people who compromised your account. Those people should hopefully be faster than DMCA Agents to atleast respond with something
I did notice Roblox Support is more busy than usual and might take longer to respond
I had an authenticator on the account, but it was still bypassed and they immediately changed my recovery email and turned on parental controls. My email was not hacked and I never got an email saying someone else logged into my account.
This is unfortunate that this happened to you but you shouldn’t give up with support. Try to make a new ticket and explain that they changed ownership of your game to a new group through your account by hijacking it. Show screenshots of products being sold include it in your email show them all the proof before they reply. That way you’ll have the best chance of having your game restored back to your account (its possible). Just focus on showing transactions and try and show that the game didn’t used to belong to them.
All tickets are in a queue and will get a response eventually. Some tickets require you to reply to get forwarded so check your confirmation email if it says that Something like this
I once had to wait for 2 months for a response by Roblox Support but they will respond eventually
so you had authenticator enabled and they still bypassed it? It’s not possible to bypass it I don’t think as it prompts everytime you send robux or want to transfer community ownership… not sure how they could have stolen your game if you had authenticator on.
I am not familiar with any 30 day timer regarding things like this. Roblox Support might take a while to respond but they should hopefully respond soon.
I am not sure regarding this specific scam but there were previous cases of extensions doing fake popups instructing you to enter your 2 step verification code to change your account settings. Once 2 step is disabled, they change everything and lock you out of your account possibly
