On 9/28/2025 my account was compromised and my game was stolen using this recently added feature:
This feature has major security oversights as games can be transferred faster than bitcoins or the snap of a finger. I recovered my account a few days later but everything had been stripped from my account including the game. The game has since reached over 5 million visits.
It has been over three months since I contacted Roblox Support with multiple tickets, and I have had no reply since November 15th. Even when I try to make new tickets nothing happens and they seem to get ignored. (I am using the account hacked and technical support categories when creating tickets) It makes me wonder if I have done a part of the process incorrectly.
This is my previous forum post about this, and this post is being created out of uncertainty as I have been left in the dark by roblox support:
My game has become unsafe and plagued with exploiters as a result of it no longer having any moderation through my discord server. I need the game back as soon as possible to fix this and keep my players safe.
If anyone has insight on what I could possibly do to get my game back other than waiting for support for even longer, please let me know. Sharing this post also helps as I really need a staff member to see this.
I did not reply to the tickets during christmas either due to this, but I have already made 3 tickets and none of them have gotten a real response (just automated ones).
My account got hacked in February. I tried for an entire month to get it back. The only way it worked for me was submitting a ticket to Roblox Support through EXPLOITER REPORTING. If I put the usual “My account hot hacked”, I would get an automated message. This is the ONLY way it worked for me. Try it.
Btw, same thing happened to me. Account hacked, and ownership transfered. I sent Roblox a photo of my Roblox game, Roblox group, and Transaction page. After a few days, I got my game back, group too.
The original game was banned by Roblox and my email tickets always get closed automatically. Luckily I had a save file of the game so I reuploaded it.
Roblox support is useless so your friend shouldnt keep their hopes up if their game is not front page levels of popular, since thats what Roblox cares about more. Their best bet is to just reupload the game with a save file or autosave and direct their players to that one.
The game used to peak at around 16k+ players, but it currently only has 660 players, likely due to an attempt to destroy the stealer’s revenue. The game’s community manager decided to tweet about this, so hopefully it works, as this is our final shot. Roblox Support has been useless multiple times, only responding with a bunch of automated messages.
If the game is that popular, then its more likely to get returned than my game which did not reach that level of players. Put far more effort into ways other than Roblox support emails to get the game back
The staff team of the Roblox game (BedFight) is trying to post about this problem on Twitter. I will try to find a way to contact him when he creates a new Discord Account. His current one got suspended, but hasn’t been deleted on Discord yet.

Why the hell are experiences with over hundreds of active players transferred so quickly after their owner has all of their account security settings suddenly changed? This experience transfer feature made disaster more likely as account theft has more incentive now.

Hey man, I am having the same issue. Someone breached the holding account of my group’s account and, as a result, we lost the account, group and game which was nearing 1 million visits. Once he got in, poof - gone. Everything.
I read this thread and saw you managed to get a real person on the support team! I haven’t even gotten THAT far! I have been stuck in an endless AI chatbot loop. I provide tons of information - financial DevEx transactions, the original email, the original password, the Ip address of my logins, the original UIs and development assets, and all our activity is clearly visible in studio and the asset manager.
Sorry to hear that, the mandude325 has been helping me through discord, and I managed to message his friend, who had his own game brought back to him. I’m waiting for a response from him. As of right now, my friend’s Roblox game hasn’t been returned.
It’s pretty nuts, because I have both of the original email addresses associated with the account that held the group, but support just doesn’t do anything about it. I can’t even receive support ticket emails on the email address it was linked to at the time it was compromised.
