My accessories seem to follow head's movement

Hello forum, its been long since my last post.
Today, i have a pretty frustrating problem, when i was creating some accessories myself for my new game, i stumbled upon a problem. For some reason, the accessories do not attach to the torso and instead seem to be attached to the head. I tried using Weld to weld them to the torso, but it just break my character’s neck and messes up the accesories’ position.
Here’s some screen shots:

I’m planning to remove accessories entirely and rework on them in the future, but it worth a shot to try. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Having the same issue, even when I put the Accessory Type to like back for a backpack for example. Are you also using the Load Catalog Items plugin? I’m also using an R6 Rig like you

Seems to only be working on R15 models. Not sure if it’s just the accessory or a Roblox bug
