You should make the letters dynamic and increase the size in the central text

Love the idea! Maybe, make them solid colours much like statues. If thats not what you’re going for, you could try animate them. For example maybe have the builder sitting down, and have a small breathing/moving animation to it.
Other then that, the block they’re standing on could be a little bland. Maybe adding a little depth/texture to it would go a long way.

Add poses and their username. The square thingy where the statue stand, it could be something else nice not just a square yellow thing.
