My decal won't go through, yet nothing is violating any roblox rules

I was wanting to upload some of my art on roblox of a simple Undertale related decal.

Problem is, first time I tried to upload it, it got instantly deleted/denied.
I tried drawing hands as seen here:

Yet it got deleted again.
How am I suppose to upload it without it getting deleted?

Seems like a roblem with Roblox’s Automatic Moderation system most likely.

If it got denied/deleted it may be due to the heart-looking part of the image, which may ‘violate tos’.

Weirdly enough, removing the heart locket worked!
