My DevEx Account got Locked

Recently one of my payment methods failed and I stupidly forgot my account password and tried different attempts until it locked out. I tried contacting Custom Support about 2-3 weeks ago, when I was expecting some level of response in the said 2-5 days so I sent out another one as well. I’m really wondering if anyone knows how I could quickly resolve this?

Normally, the only way is via contacting the Developer Exchange team and getting a response, as far as i am aware, there is no other method.

Currently my DevEx account is blocked/locked for “You have reached the maximum number of attempts to resend the verification code. Please contact Tipalti support for further assistance.” because i tried logging in though it said it sent the “SMS Code” however i would receive them after 5 minutes which means it has expired so i eventually got locked/blocked for now.

That’s such a bummer, especially with how notoriously bad it is.

After a month it finally got resolved! Perhaps sending a forum post helped me. Unsure though.
