My experience keeps disappearing

My experience Drawing World keeps appearing and disappearing from my Continue tab on the home page on various platforms, and presumably other parts of the site due to a sudden decrease in players (over 70 to 5 at one point). I have checked on an alt account on multiple devices of varying types and the issue persists. Below are some images taken seconds apart (I didn’t visit the experience in this time):



And seconds later, it was gone again:

This has occurred for hours on end with random periods of sudden bursts where the issue temporarily ceases, causing an increase in player count.

Prior to this, I had published some changes; however, this was not out of the ordinary and I have had no issues doing this in over a year of working on the experience.

Expected behavior

The experience should be appearing correctly for all users on the platform and not continuously appear and disappear as I have experienced. Furthermore, if this is due to a community guidelines violation, which I believe it is not due to the game continuously appearing and disappearing, I should have been notified, which I have not.

Hi @1Keeth, the team took a look and so far we haven’t found anything that stands out.

  1. Does this happen to any experiences other than yours?
  2. When this occurs, do you mind scrolling through your whole Continue sort to see if it is there, but just not in the very front?

The Continue sort is mostly-chronological, by which I mean any experiences that you’ve visited recently will be chronological at the beginning of the sort. After those, the rest of the experiences could be reranked.
