My experience received "Reduced exposure" despite strong analytics

Hi,

My experience recently received the “Your experience has reduced exposure across Home, Search, and Charts” warning, and I’m trying to understand what triggered it.

Around the end of June, my Home Recommendation impressions dropped almost overnight, and since then the experience has been receiving significantly less traffic.

However, my engagement metrics don’t seem to match what I’d expect for a reduced exposure warning:

  • 94th percentile average playtime
  • 78th percentile Day 1 retention
  • 76th percentile Day 7 retention
  • Low “Not Interested” rate

I’ve checked my metadata, title, description, and performance, and I haven’t found any obvious issues.

One thing that happened around the same time is that someone copied my experience and reuploaded it using my assets The copied experience is still public, and I’ve already submitted a DMCA report. I don’t know if this is related, but Roblox Support previously mentioned that reduced exposure can be triggered by “non-unique content,” so I wanted to mention it.

I’ve contacted Roblox Support multiple times. Most responses were generic, but one reply stated:

“We’re currently tracking an issue affecting your experience visibility.”

Unfortunately, they haven’t been able to tell me what specifically triggered the reduced exposure warning.

Has anyone experienced something similar, or does anyone know what else could cause this warning despite having strong engagement metrics? Could a copied experience using my assets affect recommendation eligibility?

Thank you

Update: I submitted a ticket through Bug Report → Discovery Content Quality as recommended by Roblox Staff. It has now been 8 business days without a response. Ticket ID: 178448335 and 178448336 because somehow they got duped when submitting. If a staff member could confirm that the ticket was routed correctly, I’d really appreciate it.
