My experience (Universe ID: 7967926886) is currently unsearchable and marked with “Reduced Exposure across Home, Search, and Charts.”
I have fully removed all Robux-related text, UI, and mechanics, and the experience now follows all Discovery and Community Standards. However, the Reduced Exposure status did not clear, and the game still does not appear in Search, Home, or Charts.
This seems to be a Discovery system issue, not a moderation problem.
Impact:
Player count dropped from 250 active to 20 active due to visibility loss.
Request:
Please perform a manual Discovery re-evaluation, as the system may not have updated after the changes.
Thank you
Expected behavior
I expect the Discovery system to re-evaluate my experience after removing all restricted content and remove the Reduced Exposure flag so the game appears normally in Search, Home, and Charts again.
Hi @SklansDev, you can file a report at Roblox Support with the category Bug Report > Discovery Content Quality if you believe that this is an error. We do not perform re-reviews based on DevForum posts.
Since you specifically called out having removed all Robux-related text, UI and mechanics, I wanted to mention that I briefly opened your universe ID and your thumbnails all still have the Robux logo, e.g.
Please note that this is just an observation and I do not review for content quality. Removing this single thumbnail is not a guarantee that the status will clear.
Thank you for your response and for pointing out the thumbnail issue.
I would like to clarify that the “Reduced Exposure” status was present even before those specific thumbnails were uploaded. I had added them recently in an attempt to recover from the massive loss of players. However, following your observation, I have now completely removed those thumbnails and ensured that no Robux logos or related imagery remain in the experience’s assets.
Regarding your suggestion to contact Roblox Support, I have already opened a ticket under the “Bug Report > Discovery Content Quality” category before posting here. Unfortunately, I have not received a response yet, which is why I reached out via the DevForum.
Could you please perform a quick check to see if the experience is now compliant? If everything looks correct, I would appreciate it if you could help trigger a manual re-evaluation or look into why the status hasn’t cleared automatically.
