Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out because four of my experiences are currently under a reduced exposure penalty (restricted from Home, Search, and Charts), and I genuinely can’t figure out why — especially since I’ve actively worked to improve all of them.
The affected experiences:
Experience 1
127948410410007
Experience 2
132997820251239
Experience 3
140409136006190
Experience 4
15617022837
Here’s what concerns me: I received no violation notice, no email, and no in-dashboard explanation. The penalty just appeared. According to Roblox’s own Creator Guidelines, reduced exposure should come with actionable feedback so developers can actually fix the issue — that didn’t happen here.
I’ve since gone through each experience, reviewed them against the Community Standards, and made meaningful improvements. The reduced exposure is still there.
What I’m asking for:
If there’s a specific violation — tell me what it is so I can address it properly.
If the penalty was applied in error or the issue has been resolved — please lift the restriction.
Transparency on how reduced exposure is triggered and communicated to creators.
I’ve been building on this platform for years and I take compliance seriously. I’m not here to argue — I just want to understand what happened and fix it the right way.
Has anyone else experienced unexplained reduced exposure after updating their experience? Any advice on how to escalate this properly would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mostafa — Black Monsters Studios
