I am not sure how to make high quality text on a 150x150 image, if even possible.

Maybe through external means? Although it could be very possible that it gets low quality again after resizing. But I like the commission, looks great.

Never put yourself down like that. Working for cheap is not doing any good. Your work is good and should be treated as such. Developers who put themselves down like this find themselves working for literally nothing for hour(s) of work. This is not only unhealthy but bad for your career. Work hard, brand yourself. Be known in the community. Push yourself to your limits and show off the best of you. hope this helped

Notice isn’t a huge thing, you should apply for places in recruitment 
put out your best work and really brand yourself! Work hard, work for fair prices. Make an extensive portfolio about your best work. Show the best version of yourself, be kind and it’ll work out for you.
Also, replying to posts in your trade will help. I get commission related DMs from posting on unrelated topics. goodluck
