My first professional UI - feedback?

This is my first ever professional UI design, what do you think? Designed in Studio.

It’s a simplistic UI with a cartoony dark theme.

By “professional” I mean “decent”, I don’t mean that I made this for a job, I made this for myself.

Its Ok, but since your new heres my advice going forward just dev to dev.

For the professional dev when i or the people i work with hire out UI we recognize if we are making a simulator as a cash grab, the UI just has to be good enough that 12 year olds will not stop playing a game because the UI is “OK”.

And i feel as though this UI is “OK”, its perfectly acceptable. The thing is the service that we(myself and people ive worked with) will actually pay you for is implementation and design. I say design in terms of placement and the digital version of ergonomics.

So what I’m trying to express is, if you want to make it in a “Pro space” as a UI designer focus on services like implementation. There are so many tutorials out there anyone can be a good UI designer on ROBLOX. Its the ones who actually provide implementation and have sensical placement decision that make it.

Any suggestions for how to improve this UI?

Also, by professional, I mean that this is my first decent game UI. Not for a job or anything like that.

its bland i cannot point out 1 bad thing about it other then the fact its studio based and not PS/imaged based.

Id just add personality to it, you have to actually learn how to do UI. The texturing the shading, the stacking. its fine, its sensical it works. its just- UI there is no art style for me to comment on because there is no semblance of what the finished objective is.

Looks pretty good for your first ever professional/decent UI! I’m not so critical when it comes to UI design.

Just a question, why is the background of your UI with ‘@bitsNbytez’?

Yes Bits it looks great! It’s a bit dull and simple (my fault) thanks for using the tutorial tho.

It’s a watermark.

It looks okay at a glance but there are a ton of inconsistencies.

  • The exit button doesn’t look like it’s a square (should be perfectly round, my preference)
  • Protruding elements such as the title and exit button should be closer to the body or outside of the body
  • Inconsistent padding around sides
  • Text size has no consistency
