My friend (and a former developer of the game) cannot log into the game with his main account or his alternate accounts

Bans are disabled in the game. There are no users on the banlist.

It says: “You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account within this experience” - which probably means Roblox AI (i guess) banned you from your own experience. What have you done in this game (not in studio), before ban?

I accidentally banned him using the ban transfer tool, but even after the unban, he still couldn’t join

Thanks for your report. Can I check if this is still an issue? I was not able to find any experience bans against this universe/place.
