It was because their ex had bought robux on their account back in 2024, and a year later the account has been terminated, there’s proof of the purchases going through and the ex is trying their best to help get this resolved aswell, all attempts of contacting roblox have been in vain and none of us are sure of where to go from here, the account means a lot to them and this really sucks if we just have to keep dealing with auto-bot responses.
