My game is stuck at 20-30 ccu

Hi there. I recently released a game Mine It, It’s a game inspired by Prospecting, Fisch & Satisfactory.

We spent a lot of time, and effort on the game and it’s a shame to see it not make it past 40 ccu. We’ve ran ads for 3/4 weeks to have no luck. We have around 6 thumbnails at around 1-1.5 QPTR

I’d love to get some feedback on the game, or if anyone else experienced something like this before.

Thanks,
Matt.

that’s the algorithm stop, it’s comparing all the games and picks the best one. it takes a month or something

I mean we’ve been released for almost 2 months now

damn then idk, the stats are very (VERY) good btw

You have far less returning users than new users it seems, idk how ur retention stat is green. It seems like a retention issue, try to build a community, do something like guilds and encourage competition, that might help your game better

maybe make a bug report cause those stats being green looks good to me

issues in the algorithm have happened before, so it’s worth a shot

A few things here.

1.) Your game hasn’t been out for 2 months - at least not in the algorithm’s eyes. User traffic began Nov 24th.

2.) You may have an ad problem? 72,000 users over the course of a month means your ad spend is either really low, or your ads are really ineffective.

A game my team has been soft launching is able to get roughly this amount of traffic over the course of 2 days with 40 ad credits

3.) Other than acquisition - your stats look great! Good luck, hope this helped.

How were your stats before? Have you been tracking them over a longer time?

Like… I’m seeing some crazy deltas here, I don’t know how reliable this data is

Maybe check back in a few days, or compare the state over the entire month and see the average.

Hi, I am not successful or anything to give you precise insight, but how do you compare against other mining games? Sorry, but I don’t see your uniqueness, just another mining game to me (very similar thumbnails and description as most other mining games). I haven’t played it, but I still think players considering to play it need to see instantly that it is not like everyone else’s.
Mining games have been around for years, maybe standing out is needed?
