I need a manual review on the description and on my game because my game was just starting to get bigger and now is plummeting, both the ccu and my metrics are slowly dropping, and im not sure how long its going to take.
I’ve already changed my entire description (I put WEEKENDS GIVE 2x SPEED! in the description, triggering the flag, and removed it immediately) and i also filed a support ticket which hasnt been responded to yet. this is my first big game and i really need a manual review if anyone can do so please

​it is agonizing to watch your CCU drop from 300 to nothing on your first big game, but right now, your only option is patience. wait for the support ticket response, and in the future, never put aggressive, all-caps promotional promises in your metadata. the discovery algorithm is merciless against it.
thats just awesome because my 98th percentile playthrough rate is now dropping along with all my other stats so lets hope they respond soon thanks for the advice though
