My game was KILLED after Content Maturity Label Rejected

My game that has recently hit the algorithm [Draw your own Sword] (Draw your own Sword | Play on Roblox) was peaking at almost 2k CCU earlier today. All of a sudden the content maturity label got rejected and the game became unplayable for around 30 minutes. I redid the questionnaire, but the damage was already done. It went from a massive 2k CCU, to barely getting 100. The audience reach also got reset from being available all ages, to 16+ only. It says that it is re-granting the game all age access and that it is pending, but I’m sure even if it were to get all age access again, it is already too late.

I am incredibly upset at this. I completely understand the need to moderate games and check whether their content maturity label is correct for the safety of the users on this platform, but I am very upset at the fact that I did not get any prior warning to this and the moderation just made my game immediately unplayable. This completely killed the momentum my game had. I believe the algorithm viewed the insane drop of players as a very negative metric, and thus it responded by drastically lowering the game’s exposure.

This did not just kill my game. It completely MASSACRED any chance of it going big. If anybody can help me (I don’t even know how you can, but) please let me know. And if any Roblox staff is reading this, Please please PLEASE fix this.

it should give you more of a chance then just killing off your game in a instant

The algorithm killed mine also ! I also had the questionnaire rejected a few months ago and answered it again but now I have 0 impressions from the algorithm!

My home recommendation signals are not the best but not bad at the point of getting no impressions at all

I just don’t get it ! Nothing that I try seems to work and I’ve tried everything I could imagine
