My game Dash World has been age restricted to 16+ despite it meeting all the requirements for the all ages audience reach. Note: My game has already been falsely age restricted to 16+ 4 times before this and back to all ages about a day after, it’s getting really annoying.
The Creator Hub is showing:
- current reach 16+ and trusted friends
- group publishing reach is all ages
- experience content rating is minimal
- highly engaged player count is at 500+
And you can also see by the screenshot that I do not have the option to buy the 100k robux expedited review or 1000 robux publishing fee.
This has been losing me about 90% of the CCU for the duration it has been at 16+.

And the game page is showing “Minimal - Ages 16+” aswell
Expected behavior
I expect my game to not be changed to 16+ for no reason and stay as all ages.
