We have two different games, both developed by us.
Game 1 (https://www.roblox.com/games/check/22751730): Taken down for Sharing Personal Information
Game 2 (https://www.roblox.com/games/check/6173214672): Taken down for Sexual Content
For Game 2, we believe we understand the reason. Some players intentionally use fake or externally-created accessories to create inappropriate or sexual appearances. These accessories are not created, supported, or promoted by us, but are being used by players to abuse the reporting system and cause the game to be taken down.
However, for Game 1, which was taken down for Sharing Personal Information, we genuinely do not understand the reason. The game does not contain any systems, UI, NPCs, scripts, or mechanics that collect, display, request, or encourage players to share personal information such as real names, phone numbers, addresses, or social media accounts.
Both games are actively moderated, and we do not tolerate inappropriate or unsafe behavior. That said, player misuse of external or fake accessories is largely outside of our direct control.
We would appreciate any insight from developers who have experienced something similar—especially regarding personal information violations with no clear source.
