1. What do you want to achieve?
I want to understand why my group (Black Monsters Studios – ID: 32928387) was deleted and how I can get it restored, especially now that all the DMCA actions affecting my games have already been resolved and reversed.
2. What is the issue?
Here is the situation in order:
- In March 2025, my account was moderated because of false reports involving images used in my games.
- On March 5, 2025, my group was deleted, but I did not receive any email or notification explaining why.
- Later, in ticket #122582171, a Roblox DMCA agent (Y. Jagoi) told me that my game was moderated because VOLDEX ENTERTAINMENT LTD submitted a copyright claim against my experience.
- I submitted a DMCA Counter Notification, and shortly after:
- My game was restored
- All assets were restored
- My account was reactivated
- However, my group was not restored, even though the related DMCA issue was resolved.
When I contacted Appeals again, they kept telling me that my account or group violated Cheating & Exploits, which does not match what the DMCA team told me.
My account has no history of cheating, exploiting, or scamming, and I never received any moderation notice saying my group broke these rules.
So right now, the situation is:
My game is restored
My account is active
My group is still deleted
No clear explanation exists for the group deletion
I simply want to understand why the group is still gone even though the DMCA case is finished.
3. What solutions have you tried so far?
- I contacted Roblox Support multiple times.
- I reached the DMCA team directly (ticket #122582171).
- I appealed through the official Appeals form.
- I used the new Group Appeal page.
- I read the entire Creator Hub documentation about DMCA and group moderation.
But every time I ask specifically about my group, Appeals responds with a message about my account, or with reasons (Cheating/Scamming/Exploits) that do not match the DMCA explanation I received from the official DMCA agent.
Additional details:
I am not trying to appeal my account.
I only want to know why the group was removed and if it is possible to get it restored now that the related DMCA issue has already been cleared.
