Some of the GamePasses I bought a long time ago on Roblox have started to disappear for no reason. In one game where I spent around 1,000 Robux just on GamePasses, all of my GamePasses were suddenly deleted.
This is really frustrating and made me angry.
I contacted Roblox Support, but I didn’t receive the response I was hoping for.
I know this is a bug because there’s no one else on my account, and there’s no threat, virus, or anything suspicious going on.
About two weeks after this first issue, one of my GamePasses in the game Brookhaven also disappeared.
Some of my GamePasses are still there, while others have randomly vanished. I’m losing Robux for no reason.
When I check the deleted GamePasses, I can see they haven’t even been updated recently.
If my GamePasses are going to disappear without any reason, I want a refund for the Robux I spent.
Expected behavior
I expected my gamepasses should be fine without anything else like disappearing for no reason.
Hi, do you have a list of the specific game passes which you believe have disappeared? I can see the images you’ve uploaded; are you saying you no longer have access to any of the game passes in the images?
Separately, it is possible for users to manually remove game passes from their account. I know you’ve already mentioned no one else using your account, but I would double check this to be safe too.
Finally, i’ve looked into our tables and it seems the number of game passes you own has not decreased at all in the month of June; when did this issue occur?
This may be a critical issue needing immediate attention. I’m noticing this happen to newly purchased gamepasses for players of my game. I just received a report of the transaction going through and being displayed both on the player’s and my side, but the gamepass simply remains unpurchased.
I’m running ownership checks on multiple passes for multiple players in my sales history and so far all of them have returned false as if they don’t own the gamepass.

Update: This appears to have only begun happening around 2pm PST today, so it may be a separate issue(?). All UserOwnsGamePassAsync requests after this time are returning false
Despite the transactions showing I did purchase the gamepass, it is not in my inventory and the UserOwnsGamePassAsync is returning false. A good thing however is that if you try to buy it a second time, it doesn’t charge you twice.
EDIT: This seems to be fixed. This test purchase I did is now working and I’ve checked with a few of the players having the issue and they now have access to the gamepass.
